For the quickest response pop into our shop and speak to a member of staff, or telephone us, we have an answering machine that is actively managed in case we are unable to take your call. So don't hesitate to leave a message as we will get back to you, alternatively just ring us back, if you would prefer.

E-mails are fantastic, but replies are not instant as they are with the older technolgies, such as speech in person or via telephone! We endeavour to reply to all e-mails promptly, but would ask customers to expect a reply within 24-72 hours. We would suggest using this facility for non urgent matters. For urgent matters speaking to us is faster!
