If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from us you may return the unused item(s), within 7 days of the date on your receipt for exchange or refund, if returned in perfect condition in original packaging, with all documentation supplied. Please return unwanted goods together with the receipt supplied with the item and we will offer a full refund or exchange excluding postage & packing/shipping costs incurred by us. The deduction made on a refund to cover for these costs, incurred by ourselves, is £4.00 for a normal delivery within the UK, and £8.95 for a special delivery within the UK. For international returns please contact us to obtain our charges for this should you wish to do so.

We cannot, however, accept the return of earrings or toerings for hygiene reasons. Sale or discounted items also cannot be returned for a refund.

We strongly recommend that items are returned by Royal Mail Special delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
